Andrew J. Phillips
Andrew J. Phillips is an associate attorney at Anderson, Hemmat & Levine and works in the areas of personal injury as well as worker's compensation. Mr. Phillips also leads the research department of the firm. As such, he understands that representing victims injured in automobile accidents in Colorado requires staying up-to-date in an area of law that is constantly changing. With this understanding, Mr. Phillips, is able to ensure that all of our attorneys are up to date on the latest issues facing our clients.
Mr. Phillips' focus is in litigation, thus he is intimately involved with many aspects of our clients' claims including drafting motions, taking depositions, and representing our clients' worker's compensation claims at hearings.
Mr. Phillips graduated cum laude from Weber State University in Utah with his Bachelors Degree and later earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Phillips clerked for Judge Stavely in Boulder County, affording him the opportunity to become thoroughly familiar with all aspects of Colorado's civil court system.
Mr Phillips is a member of the American Bar Association, the Colorado Bar Association, the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, and the J. Reuben Clark Law Society.
Mr. Phillips is just one of the many reasons we truly believe that at Anderson, Hemmat & Levine Justice For Victims Begins Here.
