Jordan S. Levine

Mr. Levine is one of Colorado's preeminent lawyers in the areas of auto accidents, personal injury, and workers' compensation.  Jordan Levine, a founding partner of Anderson, Hemmat & Levine, L.L.C., instills and lives by the philosophy that the client comes first.  Mr. Levine attended the University of Florida where he graduated with a Bachelors Degree and received his law degree from Stetson College of Law.  Mr. Levine was also the managing editor of Stetson Law Review.  Mr. Levine is licensed to practice law in both the federal and state courts in the State of Colorado and the State of Florida.

Mr. Levine has achieved several multi-million dollar case resolutions and has litigated some of the fields' largest cases, including wrongful death, quadriplegic and brain injury cases.  Mr. Levine has also participated in some of Colorado's groundbreaking litigation in the areas of premise liability and workers' compensation.  More recently, Mr. Levine brought a premises liability case for a mentally disabled person who was injured on someone's property due to a dangerous condition.  This case went all the way to the Colorado Supreme Court and helped define premises liability law.  Mr. Levine has also been involved in a high profile workers' compensation case involving a quadriplegic that settled for $2,400,000.00, which is one of the largest workers' compensation settlements on record.

Mr. Levine has been a guest lecturer in seminars and has served on the Board of the American Trial Lawyers Association and the Workers' Compensation Education Association.  Mr. Levine is a regularly requested instructor providing updated information to other attorneys in areas of automobile accident and workers' compensation in continuing legal education seminars.
